How many venues are supported with one subscription?

You can connect one venue in a subscription. For additional venues you will require to take addon licenses.

Do I get a refund when I cancel the subscription?

You can cancel your subscription anytime. In the case of yearly plans, you will get a refund on a pro-rata basis excluding the month of cancellation and payment gateway’s charges. Please write to hello@auramenu.com with your refund request.

In the case of monthly plans, you won’t get any refund.

Why is Auramenu so fast?

Auramenu makes intelligent optimisations to your menu. It pre-builds your entire menu before hand and stores on number of servers around the world. Whenever a guest scans for menu, the pre-built cached copy of your menu is shown from the nearest server to the venue.

What if I don't like Auramenu after subscribing?

No hard feelings! Everyone always starts on a lifetime free plan. After than you can upgrade to paid plan. You can cancel your subscription anytime.
